Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
This past Sunday, on the blessed commemoration of St. Mary of Egypt, our parish was graced with a special blessing during our fellowship hour. As part of the Young Orthodox Synaxis initiative, several of our young parishioners offered speeches they had written themselves—thoughtful reflections drawn from their personal encounters with the profound depth of our Holy Orthodox Tradition.
It was a true spiritual joy to hear their insights, shaped by the teachings of the Holy Fathers and Mothers of the Church.
This Sunday’s speakers spoke with clarity, conviction, and reverence, bearing witness to the living faith of the Church.
May our Lord continue to grant them spiritual strength and wisdom, that they may ever grow in boldness and draw deeply from the divine wellspring of the teachings of the Saints.
We now look forward with joy to the coming Sunday—the glorious Feast of the Triumphal Entry of our Lord Jesus Christ into Jerusalem—and to hearing from the next group of young speakers in our parish.
