Glory to God, Who, on Saturday evening, July 25—the eve of the commemoration of the Holy Fathers of the First Six Ecumenical Councils—granted us the joy of welcoming our newly illumined brother Tyler into the Orthodox Church.
Through the waters of Holy Baptism and the seal of Holy Chrismation, he received the name Moses and became a living member of the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church.
Great is the joy in Heaven and on earth when a soul comes to the knowledge of the Truth, is clothed in Christ, and is united to His Mystical Body!
We ask you to remember in your holy prayers our newly illumined brother Moses, who has become a new soldier of Christ and has joined himself to the Church, the spotless Bride and living Body of Christ.
Many blessed years, dear brother Moses! May the Lord make you a blessing to your parents, your loved ones, and all those around you. May Saint Moses ever intercede for you and accompany you upon the narrow but radiant path toward the eternal and glorious Kingdom of Heaven.
Glory to the Holy Trinity—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—now and ever and unto the ages of ages. Amen!
