Beginning the Great Lent

Today, on the first day of the Great Lent, we started with the services of the Lenten Hours. This Lenten service, with God’s help, will be served every working day of the week (from Monday to Friday until the Passion week) from 9:30 am. Every Wednesday from 5:20 pm the Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts shall be served and the Catechism for the adults will follow in our Kitchen. The Canon with the Lenten Akathist to the Theotokos will be served every Friday from 6 pm. Glory to God for everything!
