Baptism in our Parish

On August 2, when we venerate the Holy Prophet Elijah, with great joy, we welcome our newly-illumined brother in Christ, Angel, into the Holy Orthodox Church.

It was a blessed and grace-filled day for our parish, and—far more—a cause for rejoicing in Heaven, as the newly baptized servant of Christ was received into the Ark of Salvation to begin his new life in the bosom of the Church, for the sake of the Kingdom of Heaven.

May God grant him many blessed years, and may our dear brother Angel, by the grace of Christ, complete the good fight and finish the race triumphantly.
