Baptism and All-Night Vigil in our Parish

We joyfully welcome our beloved brother in Christ, Solomon, who—through the Holy Mystery of Baptism, Holy Chrismation, and the partaking of the Most Pure Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ—was received into the Holy Orthodox Church before the All-Night Vigil in honor of the Holy Apostle and Evangelist Matthew.

May the Lord grant him many blessed years, strengthening him to become a faithful soldier of Christ—of that Kingdom which is not of this world, yet abides within it with quiet majesty until the triumphant revelation of the Eschaton.

It was truly a blessed night, as our young faithful stood together in prayer and were united as one in the Holy Chalice—the Cup that is never exhausted, ever overflowing with the immeasurable grace that God pours upon us at every Divine Liturgy.
